As a resident of Neath Port Talbot you have a number of NHS, Pharmacy and third sector organisations that offer self-referral or where appropriate our staff are trained to make bookings for you.
We are working on a directory for our patients but while we are building this our surgery staff are here to give you all of the information.
Our staff are trained to care navigate and have knowledge of all services in the area some of these include – Podiatry, Choose Pharmacy, minor ailments schemes, Mental Health support and counselling and “Stop Smoking Wales”.
We have plenty of hard copy resources at the surgery which you are more than welcome to collect however, you may request us to post these to you.
